• Coordinate project mobilization.
• Supervise all field sub-contractors pertaining to the HVAC trade.
• Provide cost efficient value engineering options to reduce project costs.
• Coordinate activities with equipment suppliers and vendors.
• Provide testing and inspection sign-offs.
• Prepare and issue monthly project status reports if necessary.
• Verification that materials/equipment have been delivered and/or installed in accordance with the contract documents.
• Verification that the percentage of work complete is accurate and reflects the appropriate balance of work to be completed.
• Prepare final punch-list and conduct inspections.
